These are the so-called “spring” type onions, with mainly Japan esegenetics, well-adapted to latitudes between 30º and 42º.
They are sown at the beginning of autumn and their growth occurs mainly in winter, being harvested during spring (March to May).
They stand out for their tolerance to bolting and their earliness compared to other short-day varieties.
They are onions of a good size, with a globular shape and smooth texture. Ideal for the fresh market and for selling in bunches of spring onions.
