Spring onion

These onions are harvested prematurely, when the bulbs have not yet reached their final size.

They stand out for their freshness, and it is very important that they keep their leaves green, strong and vigorous.

They are marketed in bunches of 3 or 4 onions, with peeled and washed bulbs.

With a mild flavour, they are perfect to be eaten in salads.
